Workshop Inversions and Armbalances 7 October and 2 December kl 10-12

Would you like to take your practice to the next level? Satisfy your curiosity, come to look at things from a different perspective and give your heart a break by being upside down. Arm balances and inversions are some of the most fun, exciting, and challenging poses of the yoga practice. They teach us courage, how to be playful, as well as how to create awareness in space. Become empowered by the process of practicing these postures, and learn how to overcome our biggest obstacle, fear. You can take one or both of these workshops with Barbora and explore the foundations and key alignment principles of beginning arm balances and inversions in a safe and supportive environment. We will begin the workshop with 30 min flow to warm the body and prepare, open and stretch the muscles. Afterward be prepared to watch, listen, laugh and practice. The steps to reach each pose will be broken down and demonstrated. You are not expected to master these poses in one workshop and yes, you can use the wall! By the end of the workshop, you will feel more confident, energetic and most of all: happy! This workshop is for all levels so just show up with a willingness to try and challenge your comfort zone.
