A workshop designed for new yoga practitioners who are at the beginning of their yogic path or for those who already practice yoga but want to brush up foundations to cultivate refinement and safety within their practice.
We are going to explore the foundational breathing technique called Ujjayi Breath that helps to focus and calm the mind and warm the body throughout the practice. We will slowly go through the foundational yoga postures (asanas) and we will break down safe alignment principals. We will use blocks and straps as well as modifications.
This 2,5 hrs long workshop is where you can develop the skills and knowledge to further help you on your yoga journey. The teaching pace will be gentle, slow, fun and friendly.
All levels of practitioners are welcomed, no previous yoga experience is needed.
